Construction of a new PV electricity generation facility adjacent to the existing Tetra4 HDR1 production facility located on the remaining extent of the farm Mond van Doornrivier (Parcel 28), located within the Matjhabeng Local Municipality, Lejweleputswa District Municipality, 13km west of Virginia Town and 17km south of Welkom in the Free State.
