About this development
Construction of the Western Holding Primary School at 1122 Rheederpark Ext 2, Welkom, Free State. Project Value: R55 196 670,87. The works comprise of constructing new structures: Admin Block, multipurpose Media Centre, store rooms, classroom blocks, dining room, nutrition centre, kitchen, ablutions and Grade R block which are to be built using conventional masonry construction to replace demolished structures. Engineering services will be installed around and in the new buildings, which include, electricity, water, sewer, fire protection and storm water control. All the services will connect to existing services that run on site. Repairs to the existing hall will be done, which comprise of repairing cracks and settlement of walkways.
