Construction of Tandanani SSS, Lotana Village, Tandanani, in the Eastern Cape. CIDB 7GB. The scope of works includes the construction of 16 new classrooms, 4 Head of Department offices, an administration block, dining and nutrition facilities, a multi-purpose classroom, a science laboratory, a library, and a computer laboratory. Additional elements include a gatehouse, refurbishment of existing ablution facilities, as well as the demolition and dismantling of existing prefabricated structures. The project also covers electrical and mechanical installations, along with comprehensive external works such as site preparation, retaining walls, walkways, paving to the assembly area, concrete parking, water reticulation, drinking fountains, installation of rainwater tanks with stands, entrance walls, flagpoles, signage, plaques, and stormwater drainage channels.
