Summerstrand Student Village - Site 4

Construction of one large building with 5 different divisions for student accommodation for Adowa Property on Site 4, subdivided from erf 2399, Summerstrand, Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, Eastern Cape. The five-storey student residence will have 1116 beds. The orientation of the building will also result in the 5-storey building being further away from the western boundary with parking bays along the western boundary. The layout provides a 0.13ha area to be set aside and rehabilitated with indigenous vegetation. Site 4 will be 1.8ha in size once subdivided. The GPS co-ordinates are 33°59'33.30"S 25°40'32.94"E.
