About this development
The development of top structures, expansion and operationalisation of the 165ha Somerset East mixed-use Industrial and Retail Park on portion of erf 1, Somerset East, in the Sarah Baartman District Municipality, Eastern Cape. Bulk services and infrastructure has already been installed. Access to the site is off the National Road, the R63 via Cookhouse and R335 towards Addo. The site is adjacent to the residential area of Aeroville and next to the Somerset East Aerodrome and surrounding farmlands. The geographical co-ordinates of the site are 32°44'58.58"S 25°35'37.92"E
