About this development
NPC - Cimpor (Pty) Ltd currently operates two clinker kilns, one cement mill and a storage and packaging facility at their existing Simuma operations near Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal. NPC - Cimpor proposes to expand its operations at Simuma by constructing a second cement mill. This facility will mill (grind) clinker produced in the kilns along with limestone and gypsum to produce cement.
