Upgrading of D365 from km 2.291 to km 5.731 in Ward 15 of Ray Nkonyeni Local Municipality, Ugu District Municipality, accessible from P198 via the N2 approximately 12km north of Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal. The project value is R134 807 120.62. The project entails the upgrading of District Road 365 from a gravel to a concrete surface. The road will be upgraded to a 2 lane, 8.5m wide carriageway with all the required road furniture. The upgrade shall incorporate newly constructed storm water infrastructure in the form of minor culverts, kerb and channel, subsoil drains and side drains customised to suite site conditions.
