Construction of a Wind Energy Facility (WEF) that will consist of up to nine (9) wind turbines with an output capacity of between 2MW and 4.5MW per turbine with a total output of the proposed less than 20MW situated approximately thirty kilometres (30km) north of Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape. The GPS co-ordinates are 33°43'33.6"S 25°36'18.0"E
