Construction of services and infrastructure for the Royal Albert tourism development at Albert Falls near Cramond, within Ward 6 of the uMshwathi Local Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal. The site is situated within Farm Royal Albert 18620 and is accessed via the P9 gravel road. The development will consist of 46 chalets (7 x 2-bedroom double-storey chalets (50m² each) and 39 x 3-bedroom double-storey chalets (100m² each) and a 20-room double-storey lodge/hotel with a restaurant, bar, wedding venue, spa, chapel and conference facilities.
