Construction of a 20-room double-story lodge/hotel with a restaurant, bar, wedding venue, spa, chapel and conference facilities, as part of the Royal Albert tourism development at Albert Falls near Cramond, within Ward 6 of the uMshwathi Local Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal. The site is situated within Farm Royal Albert 18620 and is accessed via the P9 gravel road. The development will also consist of 46 chalets (7 x 2-bedroom double-story chalets (50m² each) and 39 x 3-bedroom double-story chalets (100m² each)). The site is 29,0071ha in size with a development area of 5 000m². The GPS marker has been placed at the construction site 29°27'49.6"S 30°22'26.5"E
