About this development
Construction a private retirement estate with approximately 218 residential units. A retirement estate will consist of: 55 units will be one bedroom units measuring ±75 m², inclusive of a single garage; 124 units will be two bedroom units measuring ± 115 m², inclusive of a single garage; 37 units will be three bedroom units measuring ± 145 m², inclusive of a single garage, which will be done in 4 phases. The residential component is located on Erf 2 (Portions 308, 309 & 310) of the Farm Rietfontein 485-JQ. The project is situated west of Ifafi at the Hartbeespoort Dam, directly north of and adjacent to the Xanadu Eco Park, under the jurisdiction of the Madibeng Local Municipality in the North West Province.
