Rietfontein-Manor Extension 20 - Infrastructure

Construction of services and infrastructure for the establishment of a private retirement centre with approximately 280 residential units on approximately 8 hectares. A retirement centre generally consists of dwelling units and a service centre with recreational facilities, a sick bay, medical consulting rooms, exercise and treatment rooms, dining facilities, a library, a tuck shop, a laundrette, hairdressing facilities, banking facilities, an automatic teller machine and other ancillary uses for use of the residents only. Rietfontein-Manor X20 is located on Portions 301, 308, 309 and 310 of the Farm Rietfontein 485-JQ. The project is situated west of Ifafi at the Hartbeespoort Dam, directly north of and adjacent to the Xanadu Eco Park, under the jurisdiction of the Madibeng Local Municipality in the North West Province.
