Resuscitation of the boreholes in Naledi Local Municipality area, Dewetsdorp, Wepener and Van Stadensrus, in the Free State. The works include the following: Undertake yield and quality tests at 5 boreholes. Supply and install 312m long x 1.8m high devil's fork security fencing at 12 boreholes. Supply and install 1 standby diesel generator at 6 boreholes. Supply and install chamber cover locking system at 1 borehole. Supply and install 50mm ø bulk meters at 9 boreholes. Supply and install 50mm ø non-return valve at 6 boreholes. Supply and install of 50mm ø gate valve at 5 boreholes. Provide a standard sample point nipple collection at 6 boreholes. Erect 6m² floor area face-brick pump house with concrete roof slab at 11 boreholes. recover the plumpest from bottom of the borehole and reinstate commission it properly. Supply and installation of 2HP pumpset. Supply and installation of 2 of 50mm ø isolation valve at WTW. Redrill, equip, test and commission 2 boreholes. Supply and install padlocks for the MCB at 6 boreholes.
