About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the Radisson Blu Safari Resort, which is a 240 bed hotel with associated uses such as a conference venue & spa at the confluence of the Timfene and Crocodile Rivers north east of the Malelane Gate within the Kruger National Park, Mpumalanga. The development proposal also entails the realignment of the Rhenosterkoppies Road which currently traverses the proposed development area. The building is limited to a maximum height of 11m, to keep it below the height of surrounding trees. The total estimated project value is R 250-million.
