About this development
Construction of the Pumba solar power plant located on the Farm Vlakpan 136, approximately 21km south of the town of Mokopane, in the Modimolle-Mookgophong and Mogalakwena local municipalities, Limpopo. This PV facility will comprise of several arrays of PC panels and associated infrastructure and will have a contracted capacity of up to 250MW. An area of 790ha is under assessment for the development. The facility will include the following infrastructure: PV modules and mounting structures, inverters and transformers, BESS, site and internal access roads. The GPS coordinates are 24°22'43.2"S 29°01'33.4"E
