About this development
Construction of 2 hotel blocks of 16 rooms each, conference centre, parking area and 12 units of staff accommodation at Nylsvlei Nature Reserve near Mookgophong in Limpopo. CIDB 8GB Scope of works will include associated external works and refurbishment of a boma facility. Site works include repair/placement of hoarding, demolition and safe removal of asbestos buildings. The new structures are to be built using conventional masonry to replace demolished structures, engineering services will be installed around and in the new buildings, which include, electricity, water, sewer, fire protection and stormwater control. All the services will connect to existing services that run on site. The GPS marker has been placed in Nylsvlei Nature Reserve 24°38'50.7"S 28°39'55.2"E
