Construction of a Princess Mkabayi Mall shopping mall (formally known as the Vryheid shopping mall) on 23ha of the Vryheid Commonage (Erf 6018), which is situated approximately 2,5km from the Vryheid CBD, bordering the Vryheid Melmoth Road to the West, in KwaZulu-Natal. The development will be solar-powered and equipped with backup power to ensure non-stop shopping during load shedding and include a water plant from which water will be used in the irrigation system for the gardens and other related functions.
