About this development
Construction of a 16 ha lifestyle complex situated in the ZF Mgcawu District Municipality on Erf 1 alongside the R325 as you enter Postmasburg Town, Northern Cape. This will also include a comprehensive upgrade of the existing showground’s sporting facilities, with the addition of a community swimming pool; the development of a 24-hour emergency medical facility; and a retail park that caters to micro-business traders. This will be a phased development. The first phase is to build a green route, which features paved running and cycling paths. This will be followed by a range of parks, kids’ play areas, outdoor gyms and braai areas. The GPS co-ordinate marker has been placed on Erf 1, 28°18'38.3"S 23°06'40.6"E.
