Construction of the commercial component for the proposed Plaston Park Mixed Use Development. The proposed development is approximately 86.90 ha and will be developed in phases to allow for: 586 'Residential 2' stands, 315 'Residential 3' stands, 2.95 ha for 'Commercial' purposes, a waste water treatment works and sewage plant, 3.39 for 'Institutional' purposes, access roads, bulk water pipeline from the Primkopdam. Located on the remainder of portion 9 of the farm Blinkwater 101 JU in Mpumalanga Province.
