Nonoti Beach Resort – Infrastructure

Construction of services and infrastructure for the proposed Nonoti Beach Resort. The project site is approximately 68.08 hectares in extent, located on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. The proposed resort development will involve the construction of access and internal roads, parking areas, and service infrastructure (water, sewer, electricity and stormwater). The proposed development will also involve the construction and operation of a 3- or 4-star Hotel with 200 rooms, fifty (50) 4-star self-catering units and forty (40) 3-star self-catering units, totalling 822 beds. The development is also likely to include sports fields, restaurants, bars, and possibly tented camps. Total estimated project value: R 360 million.
