Estimated value of R143 106 328.91. Scope of works: Upgrade of 6.0km of an existing Provincial gravel road to an asphalt surfaced Provincial Road including associated drainage. The pavement structure includes a 125mm BSM1 base, 150mm cement stabilised subbase (C4), G7 & G9 selected subgrade layers. The GPS coordinates have been placed on the P104 29°21'54.9"S 31°04'53.7"E
