Nonoti Beach Resort - Building

Construction of the proposed Nonoti Beach Resort. The project site is approximately 68.08 hectares in extent, located on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. The proposed development will involve the construction and operation of a 4-star Hotel with 200 rooms, fifty (50) 4-star self-catering units and forty (40) 3-star self-catering units. The development is also likely to include sports fields, restaurants, bars, and possibly tented camps. Total estimated project value: R 360 million.
