Nkomazi Safari - Hospitality

Construction of the hospitality component for the Inkomazi Safari Hotel, Tourism and Wildlife development along the Crocodile River with access to the Kruger National Park in the Inkomazi Local Municipality, Mpumalanga. GPS co-ordinates are S25°22'07.29" E31°53'34.78" The mixed use development could include the following: 50 river frontage stands overlooking the Crocodile River and Kruger National Park and 90 farm estate stands, hospitality and field guide school with 30 rooms and facilities, hotel with 5 x 5 star units and 75 x 4 star Lodge units (37 of which would be family units with an extra 2 beds and an option to self-cater) swimming pool, boma area, lounge and Spa, small youth centre mainly for international volunteers with 25 rooms and facilities, school group camp with 50 rooms.
