Renovation and additions to the Nietverdiend Combined School in Maroelakop, North West. CIDB 8GB. Scope of works could include but not be limited to: Construction of a new hostel block for the grade R learners. Construction of an additional new hostel block G (girls). Construction of an additional new hostel block (boys). Rehabilitation of the existing boarding facilities'. Sewer and water reticulation. Rehabilitation of the existing block A - girls hostels with caretakers/staff accommodation. Rehabilitation of the existing block B - staff housing and the school hall. Rehabilitation of the existing block C - boys hostels with caretakers / staff accommodation. Rehabilitation of the existing block D - kitchen and dining hall. Rehabilitation of the existing block E - laundry and staff accommodation. Rehabilitation of the existing block F - library and staff accommodation. Construction a new septic tank, black water treatment plant and irrigation system. Drilling and equipping of 2 new boreholes and erection of a new storage tank. Remove and replace/upgrading sewer reticulation network and water reticulation network. Upgrading of the electrical network. GPS coordinates are 25°01'19.0"S 26°09'32.0"E
