About this development
Renovation and additions to the Onkgopotse Tiro Comprehensive School, Klippan farm 1 near Slurry, North West. CIDB 8GB. Scope of works could include but not be limited to: Rehabilitation of the existing three-storey girls hostel block with a basement area. Conversion of the existing old military bar into six rooms. Rehabilitation and alteration to the existing kitchen, dining hall, staff quarters block and existing laundry block. Building new septic tank and water treatment plant. Refurbishment of the existing storage water tank and erection of an additional storage tank. Refurbishment of existing water reticulation network, existing pump house, and erection of two new pump houses. New sewer reticulation from girl’s hostels, laundry, kitchen and staff accommodation. Refurbishment of the existing retaining walls. Constructing new lift pump station on the sewer reticulation network. Constructing new covered walkways. GPS coordinates are 25°42'36.0"S 25°50'53.0"E
