About this development
Construction of the associated civil works for the Newmarket Social Housing and Mixed-use development located on New Market Street, Woodstock, Western Cape. The mixed-use project will comprise two nine storey blocks up to a height limit of 25 metres. One of the buildings will be designated for affordable rental housing while the second block, accessed from the same central podium, will be for open market sectional title owners.
