About this development
Construction of 375 social housing units and 350 open market residential units for the Newmarket Social Housing and Mixed-use development on New Market Street, Woodstock, Western Cape. The mixed-use project will comprise two nine storey blocks up to a height limit of 25 metres. One of the buildings will be designated for affordable rental housing while the second block – accessed from the same central podium – will be for open market sectional title owners. The GPS co-ordinates are 33°55'35.8"S 18°26'04.2"E.
