The site to be developed spans 350 000m², warehouse 3 being a premium-grade "P" warehouse facility offering 20 034m² of space. The development will have a substantial yard, providing a 1:1 ratio with the internal roadways and optimized reticulation for efficient traffic flow. The warehouse floors boast a floor bearing capacity of 10-12 T/m², while the yard is capable of handling a 100T point load.
