Construction of Medical Centres and Hospitals at Mostakbal City which is the largest planned mixed-use development in Egypt’s new Cairo City. Mostakbal City is developed on an area of 11 000 acres equivalent to 45 million square meters consisting of 5 phases, where the roads and green areas represent 50% of the total area of the City. Mostakbal City is considered the first integrated Mega Green City and includes different uses such as residential, services, retail, commercial, medical, educational, entertainment, and logistics zones. There will be high, medium and low density residential areas, a hotel, medical centres and hospitals, University and high schools, International schools and sport and social clubs. The project will be implemented over 5 phases. At its complete development, Mostakbal City should accommodate more than one million inhabitants.
