About this development
Construction of infrastructure and services for a new school west of the Afgri Silos on the Remainder of Generaalsdraai 429 JS, Wonderfontein between Middleburg and Belfast in Mpumalanga. Since the site is located outside an urban area, services (i.e. water, sewer, storm water management, access road, etc.) need to be provided, groundwater will be utilized. The boreholes and water pipelines will be located on the Remainder of Portion 16 of Generaalsdraai 423 JS and will extend to the school site. The pipelines will be approximately 4 km in extent. A waterborne sewage system will be installed and the sewage will be treated by means of a sewage package plant. Electricity will be obtained from Eskom. Access to the site will be provided via an existing gravel access road, which will be upgraded from Wonderfontein to the site. The estimated GPS co-ordinates are 25°47'42.3"S 29°54'25.1"E
