About this development
Construction of a commercial zone (with office and industrial space), as part of as part of the proposed Mkuze Airport City development in Mkuze, northern KwaZulu-Natal. Other components of the development include an upgrade to the airstrip; a two storey 3 500m² terminal building with associated facilities; a 3 000m² asphalt car park; a fire department and protection service building; a fuel farm; private plane storage hangars; a cultural village; a cultural and heritage zone; a 50 bed hotel and guest parking area; a retail and leisure zone (with a shopping centre and parking space); a commercial zone (with office and industrial space) and 80 residential free-hold cluster units.
