Civil works and related infrastructure for Mentorskraal Retirement Estate on Remainder of Portion 2 of the Farm Mentorskraal No. 336 near Jeffreys Bay, Kouga Local Municipality, Eastern Cape. The project area will undergo vegetation clearance for the development of a residential complex and associated infrastructure, including water and sanitation, roads and stormwater management, and electricity.
