Upgrading and rehabilitation of the N4/5X from km 29.4 to km 56.8 and N4/6X from km 0.0 to km 2.7 from Belfast to Machadodorp in Mpumalanga. This contract is known as MDC Section 5B. 30km of Section 5B will be rehabilitated and upgraded to a four-lane carriageway. Value of contract is R460 million The exact co-ordinates are not known and the marker has been placed at the R33/N4 intersection from Belfast to Machadorp 25°42'54.5"S 30°03'19.8"E
