About this development
Construction of civils and services for the Magra El-Oyoun Fence project in ancient Egypt. The project plan aims to build parks from Abu al-Rish square till Magra El-Oyoun Fence, Salakhana square will also be renovated. A residential area for the different social strata will be developed, sport grounds, 2 museums will be built in the southern region, 3 and 5 star hotels will be built within the scheme. The plan also include building a main mall and other smaller shopping centres as well as a private hospital and healing centers. The project value is estimated to be US$240 million.
