Mabindu Musina Private Hospital - Building

Construction of a private hospital at Musina Extension 13, situated on Erf 1669, 1670 and 1671 of Musina Local Municipality under Vhembe District Municipality, Limpopo Province. The hospital will incorporate 50 beds, offering specialised health care and associated services. The scope of works could include the following: 20 bed adult ward, 10 bed day ward, 7 bed maternity ward, 7 bed pediatrics ward, 6 bed high care unit, radiology unit, pathology unit, pharmacy unit, emergency unit, theatres, coffee shop, cafeteria, kitchen, laundry, admin and consulting rooms. The site covers approximately 2ha and is surrounded by Boabab Chalets on the north, waste water treatment plan on the west and diesel depot and truck stop on the north west, and N1 road on the east.
