Development of a storage warehouses on an area of 12ha on portions 36 - 38 and portions 169 - 172 of the farm Uitenpas 2 MT along the N1 to Beitbridge Border post at Musina within Musina Local Municipality of Vhembe District Municipality in Limpopo. The facility will be for storage and handling of dangerous goods where such storage occurs in containers with a combined capacity of 80 cubic meters or more but not exceeding 500 cubic meters. The scope of works also includes the clearing of 1 hectare or more but less than 20 hectares of indigenous vegetation. The GPS co-ordinates are 22°18'37.67"S 30°00'29.09"E
