Construction of the services and infrastructure for the Lugedlane Estate, which is situated east of and abutting the town of Hectorspruit, and south of and abutting the Crocodile River and the Kruger National Park, taking access off the N4 National Road. The site is located in the municipal area of the Nkomazi Local Municipality. The development area will consist of a 200 room hotel and 200 unit timeshare scheme, 40 corporate lodges, 1 erf for 150 dwelling units and 1 erf for 300 dwelling units. 2078 single residential erven, a school and church, 11 erven for businesses, 1 erven for community centre, events arena and sports ground.
