Largo 17 de Setembro (Parcela A) in the Bay of Luanda - Office Block

Construction of a private development at Largo 17 de Setembro (Parcela A) along the Marginal, in the Bay of Luanda in Angola. The development will include the construction of new parking-lots, public leisure places, two buildings for offices, trade and accommodation as well as two other buildings for multi-purposes, such as hotel and convention centre. The project is considered innovative because it will add value to Marginal Avenue and surrounding areas as well as increasing the offer of high quality accommodation. Value $2,5 billion. The first phase of the project is expected to cost $120 million.
