Construction of offices for the development of Lahleni Lakes on the banks of the Doornpoort Dam outside Witbank, Mpumalanga. The development will be a small self-sustained town, built on a 4 phased small scale with a neighborhood centre, offices, schools, pre-school facilities, sports clubs, an equestrian estate, frail care centre, medical facilities, a farm village with a dairy, a retirement village, clinic, hotel, golf and fishing lodges and restaurants. The complete estate will be surrounded by an electrified fence, while each of the 14 villages within the complex will have its own primary security in the form of a gate house and guards. The 1100 hectares of land is subdivided into 2700 stands housing 4000 homes in five distinct architectural styles. Currently valued at more than R 7 billion.
