Construction of a frail care component for a mixed-use township on part of Portion 2 of the farm Cooyong 1100-LS, Haenertsburg, in the Mopani District of the Limpopo Province. The proposed project, on a site of 12,6421 ha in extent will consist of 60 single-dwelling erven; 2 erven for townhouses, 1 stand to be zoned as Residential 4, for frail-care facilities, 14 erven for businesses, such as restaurants. There will also be internal roads with a road reserve width of between 10m and 13m.
