About this development
Construction of bulk earthworks and services for a residential development, Tzaneen Extension 119, located on Portion 63 of the farm Tzaneen 538 LT, near Tzaneen, Greater Tzaneen Municipality, Mopani District, Limpopo. The site currently consists of the applicant’s own dwelling and garden, as well as a small residential complex consisting of 13 townhouses, infrastructure including electricity, water, sewerage and access roads are also proposed to be installed. The township area will measure approximately 6,16ha.The proposed site is located approximately 3km north-west of Tzaneen town, adjacent to the R36 road (Tzaneen/Modjadjiskloof road). The GPS co-ordinates are 23°48'58.5"S 30°07'36.2"E
