About this development
Development of the Forzando West Coal mine, which will encompass underground mining activities, with a minimal surface infrastructure outlay to minimise the visual intrusion. The surface infrastructure will include a conveyor line, which will connect the Forzando West and Forzando South mining operations. The conveyor line will connect onto the Forzando South and Forzando North conveyor line to deliver all mined coal for processing at the Forzando North processing plant. The proposed Forzando West Coal Mine will be situated on the following farm portions; Legdaar 78 IS, Kafferstad 79 IS and Rensburgshoop 74 IS, in the Bethal Magisterial District in Mpumalanga.
