Construction of a small commercial and retail component on two adjacent properties near the mouth of the Berg River, for the Flamink Vlei project. More than 1 100 residential units are proposed in this aquaculture project. The two properties are located on the Cape Town side of the Berg River where it enters the sea at Velddrif.
