About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for a retail and commercial area for the proposed Fairview Suburban Estate Company Limited development. Phase 4 of the development is for use of business 1 area (retail and commercial). The site development plan shows a total area of 34 900 m² being allocated for Business 1 (retail and commercial). This portion of the site is bound by Willow Road to the south and Circular Drive to the west. Existing businesses are located immediately adjacent to this portion, a service station on the western side of Circular Drive and small businesses (bottle store, pet grooming parlour, pub and take away shop) on the southern side of Willow Road. It is proposed that approximately 58 ha (50%) of the 115 ha is developed in phases to allow for: 41 light industrial (averaging at 2 000m² each), business 1 (retail and commercial), residential 2, subdivisional area (Estate development), public and private open space and associated bulk infrastructure. Located on Erf 1082 Fairview, Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, Eastern Cape.
