About this development
Construction of a light industrial area for the proposed Fairview Suburban Estate Company Limited development. Phase 1 consists of 16 erven with an area of 37 978m². It is proposed that this is done in 3 phases. This portion of the development is in close proximity to Willow Road (southern boundary) and adjacent to existing commercial and light industrial areas. It is proposed that approximately 58 ha (50%) of the 115 ha is developed in phases to allow for: 41 light industrial (averaging at 2 000m² each), business 1 (retail and commercial), residential 2, subdivisional area (Estate development), public and private open space and associated bulk infrastructure.
