Expansion of the opencast pit and associated infrastructure on Mooifontein Farm in the Mpumalanga Province for the Arnot Coal Mine which is currently in operation. this project will be carried out in various phases: Phase 1 will entail the expansion of the existing opencast mining operation from the eastern pit situated on portion 5 to portions 1, 6 & 7 and REM of the farm Mooifontein 448 JS. Mining from the existing boxcut will extend in a northern and southern direction.
