Construction of services and bulk infrastructure for a mixed use development in Mtunzini, remainder of erf 167, Umlalazi Local Municipality, King Cetshwayo District Municipality, Kwazulu-Natal. The scope consists of the construction of a retail centre, creches, clinic, admin and educational facilities, health facilities, area for medium density housing units at a maximum density of 20 units per hectare, area for middle to upper income residents, a through road that links the proposed development from its access off the main road into Mtunzini with Zini River Estate. The development size will be approximately 147 hectares.
