Construction of the El Gouna Cultural Hub in El Gouna, Egypt. The development is a 30 000m² with a concert hall that will have a seat capacity of 600 seats and the capacity to host 120 orchestral musicians. The conference center will have 2 000 seats, the plaza will have the capacity to have 800 seats and the outdoor auditorium will have a 1 400 seat capacity. A man made lagoon will surround the entire complex.
