About this development
Construction of educational facilities on 14 stands for a residential development, to be known as Klarinet Extension 7 and 8. Klarinet Ext 8 consist of 1220 stands and is part of the Klarinet Integrated Housing Project that will consist of 12000 residential units of which half will be subsidised housing, 3 business stands, 14 educational stands and 4 stands for community and municipal facilities. The Klarinet Integrated Housing Project will be implemented in 2 main phases with sub phases. The site is located between the Verena Roads, approximately 3km south east of Pine Ridge and 13km north west of Witbank in the Emalahleni Local Municipality in Witbank, Mpumalanga.
