Construction of the infrastructure for an Eco Lodge and Function Venue, on Portion 29 of Maitland Mines 478, Nelson Mandela Bay, Eastern Cape. The scope of works includes a utility building (consisting of a pump house and water treatment plans room) of 200m², 2x40m² eco-friendly forest cabins, 6x50m² eco-friendly forest cabins, 2x60m² eco-friendly forest cabins, a function venue of 1 000m² seating 180 people, a chapel of 200m² and 50 parking bays adjoining the function venue.
